The PCC currently has reserves of around £44,000. The PCC considers that reserves of around £25,000, representing six months normal expenditure are the minimum required to meet any emergency costs as they arise.
Surplus funds are invested with the CBF Church of England Deposit Fund which offers security and a reasonable interest rate.
